If you dont listen to this whole mix at least put it at the 54:29 spot, track 11, I’m Alive 2008. This is definitely my pick as dance track of the year. Shakeh Vanessi found me on myspace and has since become a favorite of mine. Listen for yourself. Meanwhile I was watching Cold Case and heard a favorite of mine from the 80s from Duran Duran which inspired the lead off track. After that I have harder beats than what I usually offer. All vocal tracks except for 2. This actually gets better the further in. Special thanks to Lesley Lafferty who has become the voice of night club musical. Now here are some tips when using fake i.d, though some may be obvious. 1. Use an in-state license, 2. Dont use one for age 21 exactly, 3. Make sure you look better in person than on the i.d, 4. NEVER cross races… duh, 5. Look the door guy directly in the eyes with head tilted, and finally 6. If there is any suspicion from the door dude, just walk away even if you don’t have the i.d in your hand, you can always get out of it later than right there on the spot. You dont want to be like O.J. do ya? You can always work on another one later. When you get in act like you’ve been here before. Don’t act a damn fool. Just ask the shot girl from an un-named club in Boston. Description and tracklist
Welcome to night club musical where youll find the usual suspects/characters here. The ever clever doorman making sure youre valid. The quick-handed bartender shaking it up and pouring it down cooler than the other side of the pillow. The pack of dudes prayin for luck tonight. And theres always that one stray that jumps in the middle of the girls dancing to cop that feel. Theres the scantily clad chick whom shouldve got her jeans just maybe 1 or 2 sizes bigger (good ol muffin top). OH LOOK theres “Mr Im too sexy for this club”. Of course theres the girl in the group who turns a great night out of dancing into adventures in babysitting “someone keep an eye on her”. We all remember the “we gotta go" girl, all she does is hate hate hate. You know we got to have the obnoxious bouncer with his tight under armour shirt “CLICK CLACK” rolling his shoulders like Jose Canseco. Theres the dude that wont step 5 feet away from the DJ booth (drives me up the wall) all night. Of course I can’t forget the hotties that showed up tonight. All the fellas are staring. You got someone that shouldve used just a little less cologne and more deodorant. You got the bass bumpin, the highs cracklin’ “umph umph umph umph”. And then theres me looking out with a shit eating grin and thinking “Im glad they all made it, there wouldnt be a show without them”. This is night club musical act 001, more characters are welcome. I got nothing but love for you all. www.myspace.com/djbigdirty or www.mixdepot.net/djbigdirty 1. tommyboy and sultan ft zara- b with u (salinas rmx) 0-4:14

Happy fall everyone. This past summer was Africa Hot but now it’s a downright frigid 62 degrees in AZ so I guess I’ll give you a little something to warm ya up. In my typical fashion I start out with 3 head grooving (lounge) tunes before we get to dancefloor. Then one of my favorite tracks “So Much More” pushes in. My former fellow DJ partner from Boston, DJ Anthony Webster puts his spin on DJ Ruslan’s track with his very own remix. That one is slammin. Make sure you check out “Fake Snake”. It’s probably the most in your face tune released this year. It will make you say DAMN! Also Ida Corr… mmm mmm mmm (you’ll see)! Also picture yourself on PCH-1 in Cali for the final tune. I added a couple of classics on here. PVD is coming to AZ at the end of the month so why not put his classic “Vega” in the mix? The other classic is the beautiful “Dark Sweet Piano”. Reminds me of driving home from Boston on Interstate 93 after a gig. The mix title speaks for itself. It’s time I got back to me and just let loose. So someone get me a drink, it’s get buttwild time! As always play this loud (the only way to enjoy this type of music). There’s a little something for everyone on here. Thanks for the great responses on Liquid Sugar 08.
